Jim Thompson has over 36 years experience with 33 years in Billings. In fact Jim still trains his first client from 33 years ago. His extensive knowledge and passion for strength training, rehabilitation, and helping people achieve their goals are the foundation of Thompson Fitness.

Tough as nails! Trust me, this is the person you want training you! Not to mention by far the best value. Jim has more combined knowledge and experience than any 5 or 10 trainers in our area. This is due to his continued dedication and commitment to providing the most advanced functional training possible. This has led him to invest in working with other training experts from across our country and others. It’s also handy having close to the equivalent to a physical therapist at your disposal.
